Vertebral misalignments or whiplash injuries can cause symptoms such as neck stiffness and headaches. We restore proper cervical alignment to help reduce pain and improve neck mobility.

Meet Dr. Caroline Vitez, Chiropractor

Chiropractic & Functional Neurology

Dr. Caroline Vitez holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She received postdoctoral certification in Atlas Orthogonal from Sherman College of Chiropractic.

She is board certified by the American National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and l'Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Quebec, and is a member of both the Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

In 2016, Dr Vitez obtained diplomate status from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB).

She has since completed training in Functional Neurology at the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, focusing on concussion rehabilitation, and is currently completing training in vestibular disorders.

Dr Vitez has been in private practice since 1997, both in Canada and in the United States.

She has contributed to several scientific publications:

  • The Asia-Pacific Chiropractic Journal (2021) – Case report: “POTS in a patient as a consequence of a Concussion along with Occipital Headaches, Dizziness and Nausea.”
  • The Journal of Craniomandibular & Sleep Practice (CRANIO) (2020) – Study: “Craniocervical Misalignment Masquerading as Facial Pain: Options for Diagnosis and Management.”

Since 2022, Dr. Vitez has been lecturing in both the United States and Canada on the neurovascular repercussions of a craniocervical junction misalignment. She is licensed to practice in Quebec, Pennsylvania, and across Canada.
